I agree to have BRICK CITY KITTIES RESCUE complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my adoption application. I agree that if I'm unable to keep the cat(s) anymore that I will return the cat(s) to BRICK CITY KITTIES RESCUE and try to give BRICK CITY KITTIES RESCUE a 72 HOUR period to try and find another suitable foster for the cat(s).
