  • Our summer camps introduce students to Python, AI, and game development through hands-on projects and expert guidance. Students build real skills while discovering the excitement of creating with technology.

    For students who want to continue learning after summer camps, our year-round program helps them deepen their skills and tackle more advanced projects.


    Our camp is designed to ensure personalized attention with a 10:1 instructor-to-student ratio, or even smaller, so that every student receives the support they need to truly learn and succeed.

  • Registration & Payment

    • Upon receiving your enrollment form, we will send an invoice for payment via Zelle, Venmo, or Bank Transfer.
    • Once payment is received, your registration for the camp(s) will be confirmed, and your spot secured. 

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations by Btree Code Academy: Full refunds will be provided if Btree Code Academy cancels a summer camp. 

    • Cancellations by Parents/Guardians:

      - More than 2 weeks before the camp starts: Full refund.
      - 1 to 2 weeks before the camp starts: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
      - Less than 1 week before the camp starts: 50% refund.
      - After the camp begins: No refund.
       

    Absent Policy

    • There are no refunds, credits, or prorated fees for missed sessions due to illness or other absences.

    Unlike large camps, our small-class format (1:10 ratio or lower) ensures every student receives personalized guidance, so no question goes unanswered and every child can thrive.

    Continue the Journey After Camp: $50 Credit Toward Our Regular Program

    Continue into our regular program and get a $50 credit toward enrollment. Summer success becomes a launchpad for year-round growth. (New student only)
