Cancellation Policy

Following payment, if a registered delegate is unable to attend this event for whatever reason, a replacement delegate may attend instead. There are no refunds for cancellations made more than ten days after registering and paying to attend.

Should you wish to cancel within ten days of making payment for registration a refund will be given less an administration fee of AED 100 per registered delegate, providing we receive the cancellation by email.

Please note, no refund is given for cancellation of a registered delegate within 7 days prior to the conference (after 5pm Tuesday 16 September 2022).
