AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION FUNDRAISING - Due Monday, June 15, 2026

ALL Miss America Contestants are required to raise funds for the American Heart Association.  Contestants competing in local competitions must raise $30 per local, and those competing at the state competition must raise $300.

The funds must be raised online through the official Miss Ohio Spotfund Site for the 2025-2026 season, also known as the Miss America 2027 Competition Cycle. 

Spotfund only accepts credit card payments online. However, we understand that you may have sponsors who would like to contribute to your AHA Spotfund account but may need to pay by check. 

In these cases, you may have the sponsor make a check out to "MISS OHIO" and the donation will still be tax-deductible since the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization.  We will then make a credit card payment to your account when we receive the check.  Checks should be mailed to...

SPOTFUND CAMPAIGN

If you competed during the 2025-2026 Local Season, and you created multiple campaigns, Spotfund recently consolidated them into one campaign.  Use the one campaign to raise the additional $300 for the American Heart Association.  If you are unsure which of your campaigns is the active campaign, you may use the following link to view the Miss Ohio active campaigns.

If you competed during the 2025-2026 Local Season, and you only created one campaign, continue to use the campaign to raise the additional $300 for the American Heart Association.  

If you did NOT compete during the 2025-2026 Local Season and are a Direct Entry contestant, you would have received an email with instructions and a UNIQUE link to create your Spotfund campaign.  If you are unable to find the instructions and unique link, check the box "I need my spotfund link to create my campaign" below and submit this form.  

 

AHA SPOTFUND STATUS

If you are unsure of the total you need to raise to cover the local and state competitions, you may check the box "Please send me the TOTAL (Local+State) I need to reach" below and submit this form. We will reply with the TOTAL needed for your GOAL!

Once you have reached the required minimum, check the "I have met my fundraising requirements" and submit the form.
