Each rider, or parent for junior riders, must submit a signed WAIVER AND LIABILITY RELEASE FROM, a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.

The coach or owner(s) must also submit an EQUINE ATTESTATION FORM for the group, if from one stable, or for individual horses, if stabled at different faclities.
