  • Step 1: Acknowledge this truth

  • Step 2: Identify 7 options available to you right now

    Write down 7 actions that can move you in the direction you want to go in.

    This could include:

    • Taking a baby step on a task you've been wanting to get done
    • Logging into UpWork to find work or to hire out work
    • Contacting someone about a potential partnership
    • Reaching out to a friend or coach to talk something through
    • Completing a course you purchased

    And many more I'm sure I haven't thought of.

  • Step 3: What can you say yes to?

    Of those 7 options, check off the ones you can say yes to acting on today. If the answer is no to all of them, make the conscious decision to delay action by checking off the box below. That is in and of itself a form of action.

  •   I will respect my resistance and give myself the time I need by delaying action

  • Step 4: Review the list tomorrow

    Review the list tomorrow and check off the ones you completed. Then repeat step 3.
