Cancellation and NO-Show Policy
We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

No Shows are charged 100% of the appointment booked.

All cancellations must be made online through the booking link provided with the appointment notification or by calling in 419-214-0025. NO Email, text or social media messaging can be used for scheduling or canceling. These things are not monitored.
Re-do's and Refunds
If within 7 days you feel something needs tweaked, the stylist who provided the service will be happy to do so. We understand things need adjusted on occasion. We would love the opportunity to touch up our own work. There are NO REFUNDS.

If product is damanged or tampered, you can exchange the item for another of the same kind.
Appointment
Because of spacing limitations, only the individual being serviced should attend the appointment. Extra people impose restrictions on the space professionals need to give their clients the best possible salon experience. This includes bringing your children, unless they also have an appointment.

With scissors in hand, hot tools hanging and the hustle and bustle of salon business, it's much appreciated if you attend alone. Thanks in advance.
