Adgebra Platform Usage Contract, Terms of Agreement:

- Credit Limit will be based on the Net Payment received. Credit Limit will be allotted once the payment is made. Campaigns will pause once this credit is exhausted.

- In case of any shortfall of delivery or campaign being stopped before the end date due to unforeseen circumstances, pro-rata payments will be made for the delivered campaigns.

- Payments will be made out on reports shared by Inuxu Digital Media Technologies Private Limited.

- All disputes will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

- Taxes are applicable as per government rules and norms.

- Approval of this RO will be assumed if we don’t get any comments / dis-approvals within 2 days of sending this RO.
