PARENT-STUDENT SAFETY CONTRACT
A student will not be allowed in the science activity area by the teacher if:
a. His/Her personal appearance or dress is such that he/she can cause injury to himself/herself or to other students;
b. He/She is behaving in such a manner that he/she pose a potential injury to himself/herself or to other students;
c. He/She is not following the prescribed safety rules for the laboratory or the particular science activity being conducted;
d. He/She is going beyond the limits of the science activity into areas that may lead to an unsafe situation.
POLICIES AND AGREEMENT
1.No cancellation is allowed. Course fee is non-refundable.
2. Student are expected to come on time as scheduled
3.The school reserves the right to take photographic or film records of the student during the programme. The school may use such records for promotional and/or commercial proposes without limitation and without liability.
CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
For children under the ‘Legal Age’, we strictly encourage the parents to wait for their child while the examination is ongoing or assign a guardian to wait in the school area.
If however, the parents or guardians are not present, the child is responsible to inform the staff if he/she would like us to accompany him/her to the restroom for safety and security purposes.
Keaes Academics staff will not be held responsible for the children outside the immediate Keaes vicinity area.
****In case of absence, please inform the staff at least 1 day in advance to reserve a make-up date. The make-up date must be during the Summer Camp period only. After the end of the Summer Camp, no compensation or refund will be given. The school reserves the right not to refund in all cases.
ในกรณีขาดเรียน สามารถแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วันเพื่อจองวันชดเชย โดยวันชดเชยจะต้องเป็นวันที่อยู่ในช่วงเวลา Summer Camp เท่านั้น หลังจากจบ Summer Camp จะไม่สามารถชดเชยหรือคืนเงินได้ ทางสถาบันสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี
