Thank you for your interest in holding your event at the Historic Thomas Center! Please complete the inquiry form and our events team will be in contact soon. Event inquiries must be submitted at least 30 days before your event date. *We are fully booked for May 2025 and are no longer accepting reservations for this month.*
Please review the Historic Thomas Center's building regulations and rates before inquiring. Our operating hours are 7:00am- 11:00pm. All vendors, including catering, bartending, decor, and DJ, will need to provide proof of insurance, license and/or certification.

We have currently returned to our regular guest capacity. If COVID-19 cases rise, the Thomas Center may close and your event's reservation may be canceled. Clients may be subject to a full reservation deposit refund or a one-time rescheduling.

Property tours are available by appointment only.

The Thomas Center events team reserves the right to refuse rental requests.

All rentals require a 20% non-refundable reservation fee to hold the date. If event is held, the reservation fee will be applied to the total due.Event dates are not secure until the event is approved and the reservation fee is received.
