• Historic Thomas Center Rental Inquiry

    ***DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT OUR FACILITY, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RENTAL REQUESTS THROUGH FEBRUARY 2027*** Thank you for your interest in holding your event at the Historic Thomas Center! Please complete the inquiry form and our events team will be in contact soon. Event inquiries must be submitted at least 60 days before your event date. The 2028 calendar will open for rental requests in January 2027.

  • Please review the Historic Thomas Center's Building Regulations and Rental Packages before inquiring. Our operating hours are 7:00am- 11:00pm. All vendors, including catering, bartending, decor, and DJ, will need to provide proof of insurance, license and/or certification.

    Property tours are available by appointment only.

    The Thomas Center events team reserves the right to refuse rental requests.

    All rentals require a 20% non-refundable reservation fee to hold the date. If event is held, the reservation fee will be applied to the total due.Event dates are not secure until the event is approved and the reservation fee is received.
