Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to reschedule your date, please contact us to discuss our availability for the new date. In the event of cancellation, 50% of your order is NON-REFUNDABLE and the remaining 50% is transferable to a maximum of two Signature Cake Collection orders within one year of the cancellation date. In the event of a cancellation within two weeks of your event date, 100% of the order is NON-REFUNDABLE.*
