Temple Agreement

Sacred Sexual Healing is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business
partnership) between the Healer and the Seeker in a sensual, intimate, and loving process that inspires the seeker to release limiting beliefs and reach their highest potential.  The Temple is created to facilitate self awareness, self love, and liberation in every aspect of a seekers life.  

Basic Temple Rules

1. Shoes  - off at the door
2. Bags - Any outside items such as bags, suit cases, backpacks, etc. shall be left at the door. 
3. Unplug - Phones, social media, pings etc. are a distraction. Sacred Sexual Healing requires presence and staying in the moment.  You are strongly encouraged to leave your phone on airplane mode at the door for the duration of your session.  Laptops are not permissible in the Temple space. 
4. Photography - No photos, videos, or recordings are permissible of Francesca or any object in the Temple. 
5. Face coverings - Required in the lobby, elevator, and hallway spaces per building rules. 
6. Sobriety - If you show up drunk, high, or clearly under the influence of any other substance, you will be forced to leave.  A Maximum of one alcoholic beverage may be offered in the Temple upon your arrival. 
7. Sacrement - Francesca often has fruit, chocolates, non-alcoholic beverages, or little surprises for Seekers to support the integration of their experiences.  If there are any specific food items that delight you, please feel free to bring them. 
8. Comfort Items - Francesca creates a sanctuary in her Temple.  Please feel free to bring any special items that make you feel cozy, safe, or comfortable such as adult toys (as negotiated), stuffed animals, special blankets/pillows, photos, crystals, sacred objects, a journal, water bottle, etc.  
9. Bathing - Francesca may ask you to bathe upon arrival to the Temple.  Additionally, you will have access to the shower before you leave. 
10. Change of Clothing - Sacred Sexual Healing can get messy (intentionally or unintentionally).  You are encouraged to bring a change of clothes to utilize after the session for integration time and a comfortable commute home. 
11. Driving - Intesely moving sexual energy can be disorienting and mimic the effects on the brain as some mind altering substances.  It is recommended that you uber/lyft home after time in the Temple.  

Healer-Seeker Relationship 

1. Francesca agrees to maintain the principles of integrity established by the International School of Temple Arts “(ISTA)”. 
2. Seeker is responsible for speaking their truth and participating in creating  physical, mental and emotional well-being. 
3. Seeker understands that moving sexual energy is powerful and can result in shifts in life that can be disruptive.  The seeker understands that Francesca is not liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided in Temple.
4. Seeker understands Temple sessions are not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed. 
5. Seeker understands that sexual healing can not be substituted to prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
6. Seeker acknowledges that they may discontinue exploring Sacred Sexual Healing with Francesca at any time. 
7. Seeker acknowledges that Sacred Sexual Healing does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that Sacred Sexual Healing is not to be used as a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Seeker's responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. 
8. Seeker understands that in order to enhance the relationship, the Seeker agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the session and post-session integration practices.

Services

1. The parties agree to engage in only the activities as negotiated through the review of the BDSM/Kink checklist and as discussed in the pre-session video call. 
2. Seeker acknowledges that re-negotiation of boundaries, limits, and willing activities during Temple sessions is not permissible. 
3. Francesca may be available for additional support throughout the integration process per Seekers request for additional energy exchange or if an on-going relationship is established. 

Schedule and Exchange

1. Seeker acknowledges that any exchange in energy for Temple time shall be exchanged in advance of the session and be in accordance with the Energy Exchange Form completed prior to the acknowledgement of this Agreement.
2. The time of the Temple Sessions and/or location will be determined by Francesca and Seeker based on a mutually agreed upon access and availability. 

Confidentiality

1. Francesca believes that confidentiality in Sacred Sexual Healing is reciprocal, a two-way street, considering the broadly misunderstood nature of this relationship by society at large.  
2. Francesca agrees not to disclose the nature of this relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Seeker shares with Francesca as part of this Agreement. 
3. Seeker agrees to use discretion and best judgement if disclosing any information about the experience with others.
4. Francesca agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Seeker without the Seekers written consent. Francesca will not disclose the Seekers name as a reference without the Seekers consent.
5. Please be aware that the Healer-Seeker relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege.
