Please note that if you have ordered a lab test requires a blood draw, you are responsible for arranging the blood draw and that this service will have an additional fee paid directly to the phlebotomist.
Once you submit your order, I will create the order with the relevant Lab Test Provider. Once they receive payment from you, they will send you the test kits.
Any questions about labs should be directed directly to the Lab Test Provider.
