By signing this policy, I acknowledge the following:
Guests are not permitted to attend appointments.
Cash is preferred. E-transfers are subject to 13% HST.
Appointment deposits are transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
All sales are final. Supernal Smiles services and products are non-refundable.
Swarovski tooth gems include a one-time 14-day replacement warranty from the date of application.
Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
