    Virtual consultations take up to 45 minutes and are done via zoom.  During your consultation appointment, we will discuss what your Hair goals are, what is achievable, the price of the hair extension installation service, what to expect on the day of the Hair Extension Install service, home maintenance and care, maintenance appointments, color match, answer all of your questions, and of course schedule your Hair Extension Install appointment. To make an Extension Install appointment, I require a non-refundable/non-transferable appointment retainer fee that I will collect after your consultation when you are ready to schedule. The fee will go towards the cost of your Install appointment and the balance remaining will be due the day of your Install appointment. I am extremely excited that you have chosen to reach out to me and allow me the opportunity to help you on your beautiful hair journey. I can't wait to meet you!

    Cancellation Policy / No Show I understand that JennyRae’s cancelation policy is that I am required to give 48 hour advance notice before the time of my appointment if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Giving less than 48 hour I will be charged $80 (Fee waved if you are sick, don’t spread the love of a cold) If you do not Show up to any appointment at all without any notice given to JennyRae prior to Appointment You will NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE AT ALL WITH JENNYRAE. This is a strictly held policy. Redo Policy: If you would like something spoken about during the appointment tweaked a little bit after leaving your appointment, JennyRae will do so free of charge in most circumstances. You must let JennyRae know within 7 days of your initial appointment. Product Return Policy -A lightly used product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit towards another product. .Discriminating and derogatory comments are prohibited and not tolerated.     Booking Instructions

    Once you click submit, you will be redirected to my online scheduling system. If the redirect does not work, your browser may need to be reset to allow for pop-ups.

    1. Click section where it says "Staff" - select location you want to see JennyRae at.

    2.Selcet  - under services you will see 2 options for consultation. Select which consultation fits your needs best. It is always best to have a consultaion before any service to help ensure your dreams can be achieved.

    3.Click search to view soonest available dates and times. If first options do not work for you, you may continue searching for future availability.

    4. once you find Date and time that works for you, follow the promps to complete your booking. you will recieve a email confirming your virtual appointment has been scheduled.

    Thank you for choosing a Virtual Consultation via Zoom. Please note that Virtual consultations are held on specific days and times when JennyRae is not in the Salon with a client. They are also only scheculed on weekdays.     Booking Instructions


    Step 1. Once you are redirected to the booking site you will want to select under "Staff' Wilmington - JennyRae or Beulaville - JennyRae as which location you would like to see JennyRae.

    Step 2. Under services Select New Guest services. In which you will find Consultation options for in the salon.

    Here’s a breakdown of the Consultations as a reminder so you’ll know exactly which one is right for you.

                               “Let’s Talk” Hair Extension Consultation

    In this consultation we will go over what method is right for you, talk about the look you are going for, color match, discuss maintenance, pricing and schedule your install . Also answer any other questions you may have.  

                    "The Complete Consultaion" Hair Extension & Color service Consultaion

    This one is right for you if you are also interested in Recieving any hair color services along with Hair extensions. we will go over what method is right for you, talk about the look you are going for, color match, discuss maintenance, pricing and schedule your install and any other added services you are interested in having done to achieve your hair goals such as haircut, color, treatments. 

     

                                  Move Up / Maintanance Service

    If you Currently Have Invisible Bead Extensions in and are Looking to have a Move Up Service done, Please select under Hair Extensions in services -  1 Row, 2 Rows or 3 Rows IBE Move UP service. If you do not have Invisible Bead Extensions or Do not Know what kind you have please book Hair Extension consultation "Let's Talk", before scheduling a move up appointment. If you schedule Move Up and you do not have this type of hair extensions. I will kindly deny the appointment and reach out rechedule you for the right appointment for the right consultation first.

    Step 3: Select the service booking you believe to be the one for you.

     

    Step 4: Select the date you would like to come in. Please Note that my schedule only goes out 6 weeks at a time. If times available that day do not work for you or there is no availability for that day, you can scroll to the next date to see available times.

     

    IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND A TIME THAT WILL WORK FOR YOU, please select ADD TO WAITLIST. You can add multiple days and time frames to your selection on the waitlist. I will reach out to you if I have other time options AVAILABLE that are not shown. Also if your date and time chosen becomes available, It will contact you immediately to confirm you still want that available time. You will need to confirm it to have it scheduled for you. 


    You will receive a email confirmation as soon as it has been accepted by me. If you select the wrong service I will send you a email detailing what service to select. If for some reason I feel I am not the right stylist to fit your needs I will send you a email explaing who I feel maybe a better fit for you. 

    Upon acceptance you will also recieve an email New Guest On boarding packet inside of it waiting for you! Please download it and Read through it. It has all the good stuff in it to help you know what to expect, how to be prepared and be excited for your first appointment with me. You will also be receiving multiple follow up emails from me with information on how to prepare for your upcoming appointment. So please be sure to add Hairbyjennyrae@gmail.com to your contacts and check your junk mail to make sure you don't miss them.
