SPRING CONVENTION 2025

We are excited to welcome all Jewish teens in Grades 8-12 to Spring Convention taking place May 16-18, 2025 at Camp Wahanowin.

New to Conventions? A convention is a weekend retreat that is planned and led by teens in BBYO. Conventions bring members together for a fun and meaningful weekend of programming, activities, Shabbat moments, and hanging out with friends!

This is your chance to:

Make connections👫🏻 with Alephs and BBGs from across Toronto, Vaughan, Oakville, Hamilton, and Montreal;
Participate in convention favourites like Maccabiah🏆, Separates🥰, Senior Life🎓, Oneg Shabbat celebrations🎉, Song Sessions🎶, Havdalah Bonfire🔥, Ropes Course💪, and an energetic camp-style Shabbat🕯️🕯️.
Vote for your 2025-2026 AZA & BBG regional boards at Regional Business Meetings🔨.

The cost is $399 and includes round-trip transportation🚌, cabin accommodations🛏️, camp meals🍽️, programming👾, entertainment🎭, staffing👨‍🦳, supplies✏️, and convention merch👕. Best of all, payments are fully refundable until May 7, 2025 for any reason.

A note about pricing:

We never want finances to be a barrier to a teen's participation. We recognize that high levels of participation in BBYO can often be expensive, and therefore designate scholarship funds that members can apply to receive to help them attend.

You can request up to 25% of the cost without providing any income information or tax forms, making it even easier to apply for a scholarship!
All scholarship requests are completely confidential and all situations are considered!
Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis, so the sooner you submit your request, the sooner you'll receive a response!

To request scholarship assistance, please register for the convention and then complete the Scholarship Application within 48 hours of registering.

Space is limited and we're anticipating a sell-out! The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 11:59pm but we are advising all delegates to register early to avoid joining the wait-list. Remember, your registration is fully refundable until May 7, 2025 if you decide to cancel for any reason! Please note that you must be a paid member of BBYO to attend this convention.

Participant information, including a suggested packing list and emergency contact information, will be sent by email to registered participants and parents approximately one week prior to the convention.

While the kitchen is not supervised by an outside authority, the principles and teachings of Kashrut guide both food ingredients and food preperation during BBYO Spring Convention.
