Application M.IRHACE Qualification
To qualify to become a Professional member (M.IRHACE) you must pass the membership criteria. If you do not qualify for Member by Qualification, you may be considered through RPL (recognised prior learning) for Member by Experience, which involves meeting experience criteria, supplying references and IRHACE member referees.
M.IRHACE by Qualification - $310 + GST
To qualify for this membership category you would hold a relevant qualification Level 4 or higher, in the refrigeration, air conditioning or engineering field (HVAC&R industry) i.e. Trade Certificate in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning, Diploma or Degree of Engineering, NZCE, REA, Registered Engineer, a member of M.AIRAH or M.ASHRAE. Please note if there is no clear evidence that your qualification meets New Zealand Qualifications Authority Level 4 for HVAC&R, then you may need to apply for an international assessment through NZQA.
