Rules and Regulations
We are working hard to ensure that everyone stays safe on their visit to the Rare Flair Christmas Craft Fair, so we are closely following the guidelines laid out by Public Health Guidelines as well as Lion's Club suggestions.
1. Craft Fair hours are Saturday December 2,2023 from 9am to 3pm. Tables must be manned at all times during show hours.
2. Vendors who require electricity must supply their own extension cords.
3. Set-up time is Saturday Dec 2nd from 7am to 9am. All vendors must have finished their set up by 9am.
4. Vendors offering food products must have all ingredients available for customers to read.
5. All vendors must wait until closing of show before packing up and/or leaving.
6. LiVi Designs will determine the placement and location of space/set-up for each vendor.
7. The Vendor is subject to all rules & regulations of the Riverview Lions Center and Livi Designs' agreement with the facilities. Any damage done to the facilities will be the responsibility of the vendor. You are not allowed to leave any marks on the walls or floors. DO NOT ATTACH ANYTHING TO THE WALLS!
8. Booth boundaries must be strictly adhered to. All exhibits must be neat and
attractive. All tables must be dressed – this can be skirting or table clothes that
reach almost to the floor. All boxes etc. must be stored out of sight. Vendors will
remove all garbage etc. from their booth and dispose of it in the appropriate
receptacles.
9. LiVi Designs is not responsible for loss or damage to
any exhibit or property of the vendors from any cause whatsoever, and all articles
placed in the exhibit are at the vendor’s own risk.
10. All matters in connection with the Craft Fair not provided for by these rules and regulations shall be determined by LiVi Designs whose decision shall be final.
No refunds unless Covid or weather closes us down.
Upon payment, the vendor agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations. Please read them thoroughly!
