      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

      • High School Diploma
      • College Degree in Business, Marketing, or Event Management (Preferred)
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Familiarity Utilizing Marketing Tools and Platforms
      • Experience in Staff Oversight and/or Development
      • Customer Service 1-Year (Preferred)

       

      CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

      • Possess a high level of integrity, character, and self-motivation. A background check will be required.
      • Make informed high-level management decisions.
      • Implement, manage, direct, and oversee all client interactions, client events, vendors, and venue staff.
      • Bring vision and necessary business acumen to the position for continued measurable brand growth via marketing, client relations, event management, and expansion of venue services offered.
      • Be detail-oriented, personable, and articulate, with command of the English language both verbally and in written form.
      • Possess the ability to lead and develop others.
      • Prepare event package content and pricing options with the ability to negotiate such details with potential clients to secure event bookings.
      • Provide administrative direction for client planning meetings and client tours off-site at venue facility 2-3 hours a week.
      • Supervise all venue staff including venue preparatory & event staff.
      • Communicate and enforce all contractual client and vendor obligations including security or damage regulations and protocols.
      • Responsible for project planning and execution for community events hosted by Venue.
      • Promote the Venue and events through a variety of marketing channels such as social media platforms, client engagement and follow-up, local Chambers of Commerce utilization, and oversight of Venue website blogs and visual content.
      • Gather info from Venue staff post events to attend any incidents or queries.
      • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks such as insurance, booking schedules, tax worksheets, vendor communications, and client invoicing.
      • Understand basic bookkeeping principles and meet with the owner for business accounting and profitability reviews quarterly, at minimum.
      • Assist in facility master planning, strategic business planning, and budget planning.
      • Monitor and manage operational and event expenses and trends.
      • Increase revenues and attendance by driving sales; cultivating sponsorships, and partnerships, and building relationships with vendors, advertisers, and customers.
      • Develop facility operations manuals & policies & procedures; implement and provide training for all staff and on-site vendors.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:
      Maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep for client use while building skills in
      set-up and inventory.

       

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:

      • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of
        performance.

      JOB SKILLS:

      • Perform a variety of custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping,
        dusting, light maintenance work, upkeep and maintenance of potted
        plants around the venue facility, etc.
      • Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected and set to Venue standards.
      • Protect and inspect the equipment, furniture, and all Venue property.
      • Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
      • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace stock items when
        needed. Must notify the Director or Facility Manager of low stock.
      • Steaming of linens for events.
      • May be required to set up or retrieve additional rented items from the client.
      • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any
        company-related practices.
      • Participate in set-up, breakdown, and clean-up before and after events.
      • May be responsible for light maintenance work or landscaping when
        needed.
      • May be required to lock or unlock event building or gate for clients.
      • May be required to ensure clients are complying with all Venue rules and
        policies while on property.

      This position requires a SMOKE FREE/NO PET HOUSEHOLD.

       

      Pick-up linens from Event Center or Owner's home and launder them in your own home. Must fold them according to Owner's standard for wrinkle purposes. Deliver them back to Facility or Owner's home before the given deadline.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      Representatives are required at our large events to represent our Venue and to handle communications on-site during the wedding day. This position requires our representatives to be at the event an hour before ceremony start time. During the event the representative will be in communication with the client's wedding planner/coordinator to help the wedding go as planned. The representative is required to remain at the event until guests have departed.  

       

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Representing the Venue on-site during large events
      • Communicating with clients and wedding planners/coordinators
      • Restocking Venue Items for clients and wedding guests 
      • Enforcing the contracted rules and regulations during the event
      • Handling any conflicts or misunderstandings related to the Venue during an event
      • Securing the Event Center and entrance to the Venue on departure after guests
      • Communicating with Director if any problems arise

       

      OTHER DUTIES:

      Stepping in and being a helping hand if needed during a client's wedding day.
