In order to provide the strongest, most competitive teams to our Royals families, communication is very important to both individual and team success. We strive to have a positive relationship with the surrounding schools, cheerleading sponsors and coaches. If an athlete is also involved in a school related cheerleading or athletic program, we ask that each family speak with the coach/sponsor to ensure that the communication stream is open with Alpha Extreme Royals. It is essential for the continued success of our program and its athletes.

AEC Financial Obligation
Tryout Fee - $40
AthleteRegistration Fee of $45 to be paid at time of tryout fee unless paid within the last 11 months. Registration fee is automatically renewed on your anniversary month each year.

Website Registration and Payment Authorization
All athletes must be registered in the Snap Class, our online class system, prior to athlete evaluation. Snap Class is used for scheduling classes and making account payments. A credit/debit card is required for registration.

• Click "Sign Up" Click on Create Account and complete required information.
• You MUST have a credit card saved on your account at all times

Monthly Payments
AEC monthly payment plans have been arranged to distribute the costs associated with competitive cheerleading in an affordable manner. In order keep these fees at a lower cost, AEC Royals distributes these expenses during the course of the entire season. Timely payments are also expected.

• Monthly fees are posted to the athlete's account at the end of the prior month (Ex: July fees will be billed in June)
• Your first payment will be charged on June 1st
• Monthly payments are automatically charged on the 1st of the month
• Accounts not paid by the 4th of the month will be assessed a $15 late fee
• All fees/payment schedules are subject to change pending final pricing from event producers

End of Season events (The Open Series, All-Star Worlds, D2 Summit) are not included in the above fees, there will be additional competition fees, coaches' fees and travel expenses in order to attend. The total cost for these events will be based off of the type of bid received. Athlete accounts must be up to date in order for athletes to attend any post-season competition. This will extend the all- star season through Early May and is non-negotiable. These, and all, decisions will be at the sole discretion of the gym owner and/or All-Star Director.

All fees listed above are estimates. Detailed payment information will be provided to teams following receipt of bid. If an athlete is removed or quits an AEC Royals team at any point, you will continue to be responsible for the fees in full. These fees are to be paid in accordance with the payment schedule and will be subject to late fees and any other applicable charges. If an athlete quits or is removed from a team prior to receiving merchandise, you will not receive a refund for the purchase price or the merchandise. These and all decisions will be at the sole discretion of the gym owner.

Contractual Obligations

• The AEC Royals contract must be signed and received prior to athlete evaluations. This contract is effective immediately and all financial obligations are agreed to by the person signing the contract.
• Families will have until 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 25th to decline your contract. As of 5:01pm on Wednesday, May 25th, you are contractually obligated for the season's entirety. You must see the all-star director in person to notify him/her of your request to buyout before the deadline to be eligible for and complete a "contract decline".
• If an athlete is removed or quits Alpha Extreme Royals team at any point, following the 5:00pm, May 25th decline date, you will continue to be responsible for fees in full. These fees are to be paid in full at the time of dismissal from the team, interest at the maximum allowable rate under Alabama law, and the costs of collection.
• If an athlete quits or is removed from an Alpha Extreme team, prior to receiving merchandise, you will not receive a refund for the purchase price or the merchandise.
• Flyers may be required to take additional classes throughout the season to increase their skill set for competition. These classes will incur additional fees outside of the listed monthly payments.
• These, and all, decisions will be at the sole discretion of the gym owner and/or all-star director.

2022-2023 Alpha Extreme Royals Terms and Conditions Agreement
As the parent/guardian, I have read and completely understand the rules, requirements and regulations as outlined in the 2022-2023 Alpha Extreme Royals Rules and Regulations Contract available on the Alpha Extreme website.

I promise to uphold and abide by the rules set forth herein and my agreement with AEC. We realize that AEC reserves the right to change, amend or assess the stated policies and procedures, as deemed necessary, on a case-by-case basis.

 

I understand that it is my responsibility to follow through with my financial obligations associated with tuition and other fees for my child during the 2022-2023 season. Should I fall behind or fail to make payments, I understand that my child's involvement with the program will be jeopardized, including his/her removal from the program. I also understand that if my athlete quits or is released from an Alpha Extreme Royals team at any point throughout the season, I will continue to be financially responsible for fees in full. I understand that the fees are to be paid following the assigned payment schedule, subject to late fees and any applicable charges.

2022-2023 Alpha Extreme Royals Competitive Cheerleading Contract

I hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above listed athlete. The athlete wishes to be a team member with Alpha Extreme Royals competitive cheerleading program for the 2022-2023 season. The Alpha Extreme Royals contract, Financial Contract and Rules and Regulations set forth the terms and conditions under which the athlete may participate in the 2022-2023 season as an Alpha Extreme Royal member.

Athlete and Parent/Guardian Responsibility
I understand that accepting a position on Alpha Extreme Royals team requires a significant commitment to Alpha Extreme Royals and to fellow team members. Athletes agree to attend all practices and competitions, and understand that disciplinary actions may be taken if their attendance does not comply with the attendance policy in the All-Star Rules & Regulations packet.

Parent/Guardian Medical Release
I fully understand that the activities provided by Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC, including but not limited to all aspects of competitive cheerleading and/or competition creates the possibility of serious injury and/or death. I hereby release Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC, including its officers, shareholders, agents and employees, from any liability to the enrolled athlete, of the person claiming through him/her, arising from injury to the person or property of the above named athlete occurring on the premise of Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC, including any even sponsored or sanctioned by Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC and/or travel to and from such activities. This release includes but is not limited to any claims of negligence, dangerous condition, latent defect, premises liability, code violation, negligent security, failure to warn, vicarious liability, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, negligent maintenance, or improper/dangerous equipment; it is intended to be as broad as permissible under Alabama Law. I am fully aware of the nature of the activities provided and the possibility of injuries arising from such activities. I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC, including its officers, shareholders, agents and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred by them due to the above named athlete, his/her heirs, assignees, and successor of interest, and anyone claiming by or through him/her.

I certify that the athlete is in good health and may participate in any Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC activities. In case of emergency requiring medical treatment, the undersigned hereby authorizes Alpha Extreme Cheer LLC to take the above named athlete to a qualified medical or hospital facility for care and treatment. I will be responsible for any and all cost of medical attention and treatment.I represent that the athlete is covered by medical insurance.

Parent/Guardian's Travel Responsibilities
I understand that Alpha Extreme Cheer assumes no responsibility to supervise or monitor athlete's activities or behavior during out of town events, except the time I am required to be at the competition venue. I am responsible for all my athlete's activities and behavior during these events.

Choreography and Routine Acknowledgment
Alpha Extreme Cheer retains full creative control of the placement of the athlete on a team and all competitive routines, including but not limited to the placement of athletes in stunts, formations, cheer and dance sequences.

Financial Obligations
I have read and signed the Alpha Extreme Royals contract and understand that certain violations in team rules may subject the athlete to appropriate disciplinary action. In the event the athlete's status on the team changes due to disciplinary reasons, I remain obligated to pay all cost and fees associated with having a spot on a team list for the entire 11 months and will receive no refunds of money paid.

All financial obligations are considered part of this agreement. The financial obligations as listed dictate the exact payment amounts and provide a schedule of when payments are due. I understand:

• Monthly fees are posted to the athlete account at the end of the prior month (Ex: Sept fees will be billed in August) Monthly payments are automatically charged on the 1st of the month
• Accounts not paid by the 4th of the month will be assessed a $15 late fee
• I am solely responsible for all travel costs associated with out-of-town competitions including transportation, lodging and food
• Alpha Extreme Cheer is hereby authorized to initiate all payments owed through automatic credit card billing, as indicated on the authorization form attached. I understand that Alpha Extreme Cheer will initiate payment from my account on the 1st of each month

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alpha Extreme Cheer be liable to customer or to any third party for any loss of use, revenue, or profit or any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special or punitive damages whether arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise regardless of whether such damage was foreseeable and whether or not Alpha Extreme Cheer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and not withstanding the failure of any agreed or other remedy of its essential purpose. In no event shall Alpha Extreme Cheer's aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the aggregate amounts paid or payable to Alpha Extreme Cheer pursuant to this agreement.

Choice of Law
This agreement and all related documents, and all matters arising out of or relating to this agreement whether sounding in contract, tort or statue are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions thereof to the extent such principles or rules would require or permit the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Alabama.

Choice of Forum
Each party irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that it will not commence any action, litigation or proceeding of any kind whatsoever against the other party in any way arising from or relating to this agreement, including all exhibits, schedules, attachments and appendices attached to this agreement, and all contemplated transactions, including contract, equity, tort, fraud and statutory claims, in any forum other than the state courts located in Shelby County, Alabama and any appellate court from any thereof. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and agrees to bring any such action, litigation or proceeding only in the state or federal courts of Shelby County, Alabama. Each party agrees that a final judgement in any such action, litigation or proceeding is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.

Waiver of Jury Trial
Each party acknowledges that any controversy that may arise under this agreement, including exhibits, schedules, attachments and appendices attached to this agreement, is likely to involve complicated and difficult issues, therefore, each such party irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any legal action arising out of or relating to this agreement.

Attorney's Fees and Expenses
The parent or legal guardian executing this contract shall be responsible for and obligated to pay for all attorney fees and expenses incurred by Alpha Extreme Cheer in enforcing any terms of the contract or any breach of any provision of the contract, including, but not limited to failure to pay any amount owed under the contract.

Severability
In case any one of more of the provisions contained herein shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this agreement, and this agreement shall be construed as if such provisions had never been contained therein, provided that such provisions shall be curtailed, limited or eliminated only to the extent necessary to remove the invalidity, illegality or enforceability.

Completed Agreement
This contract, together with the Alpha Extreme Royals Rules & Regulations, releases and authorizations, as well as any other documents referred to, complete the entire agreement between Alpha Extreme Cheer and the undersigned individual. This contract may not be amended or altered without written consent from Alpha Extreme Cheer.
