New PMO / Event Application Form

An organization applying for Official Fiesta® Participating Member Organization (PMO) status must submit its New PMO / Event Application Form by September 1, at least one fiscal year prior to review by the Fiesta Accreditation and Compliance Committee, and must maintain its Non-Profit Membership until PMO status is confirmed.
Due Date: September 1, 2022.

The organization understands that more information could be requested by the Fiesta® Commission and that a visit to the event might be possible and does not guarantee acceptance. If a visit is set up, the organization will take the time to have the Fiesta® Commission representatives tour the event and ask questions to the organization’s representatives.
