In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights, claims, and actions for damages I may have against individuals or institutions associated
with or assisting VX One Newport and IYAC in it events and activities, or any participant in the events and activities for any and all injuries to my person and/or property suffered by me, arising out of my participation in the IYAC Sportboat Series/VX One Monday Night Racing organized by VX One Newport and IYAC. I further attest and certify that I have read and understood the above waiver and assumption of risk, and that I am making this waiver and am assuming all risks voluntarily.

2022 Fleet Dues Structure

Once again this year, your Monday Night Series entry will be included with your fleet dues. In order to participate in the series, this form must be completed in full and payment recieved prior to racing. You must also be in good standing with the VX One Class Association.

Dues Structure:

$200- Monday Night Series Entry

$100- Fleet dues

$9- CC Processing Fee

Fleet dues will cover fleet sponsored social events, including post racing food and drinks, our annual fleet party, and general fleet operating costs to be communicated to all fleet members.
