CANCELLATION POLICY

•Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance - 50% of total booked service will be charged. •Same day cancellation - 100% of total booked service will be charged. •No call no shows will not be permitted to rebook with my business.
My cancellation policy is firm, and nonnegotiable. Please understand that by booking an appointment with me, you are fully agreeing to these terms of service.

Extension appointments do require a deposit, 50% of the final total. Once hair is ordered it can not be cancelled or returned. All deposits are non refundable. If you choose not to go ahead with the appointment, the hair is yours.
