Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 8 weeks to be seen.

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email from AmandaTustinHair@gmail.com with an appointment time and date option and a estimated price quote. 

I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service(s) booked. By clicking the submit button below, I agree to these terms.

Any service booked that requires a charge of $300 or more, or requires 3+ hours of time, may be subject to a non refundable deposit. The deposit will be forfitted if 48 hours notice of cancellation is not givien. Thank you for your understanding.
