I will abide by the policies of the Agape Christian Academy. I will complete the winter and spring evaluation meeting with my reviewer or will upload my portfolio document by March 30th each school year. I will keep current and accurate records of my child's progress and abide by MD state COMAR regulations.

I agree to pay the annual membership fee promptly each year. Failure to pay my membership fee will result in my family being removed from the umbrella and a notification will be sent to my respective county.
