The purpose of this form is really to act as a survey for me (Corin) and my admissions specialist team to get to know you better & make the best use of our time together during our chat.

My blend of NLP, Human Design and Marketing Foundations Experience and Certifications in my coaching/teaching has allowed me to dig into deep unsexy inner subconcious mindset, somatic body/nervous system healing, and aligned and unconventional business strategies work with my clients.

These have been tested and proven to up-level your impact & income by 3-10X.
