  • Cancellation Policy

    1. A refund, less $45, is available if notice is received at the MEPI office before Jan 15, 2026.
    2. After Jan 15, 2026, additional fees will be deducted which MEPI has paid on your behalf.
    3. No refunds are given if requested on or after Feb. 1, 2026.

    The Lumina shipping terms will be sent upon acceptance.

    Time Frames

    Friday - March 13 Your space should be ready for business no later than 7:30am.   (Conference check-in for attendees begins at 7am.)

    Saturday - March 14 - Open for business by 8am. (Conference check-in for new arrrivees begins at 7:30am)

    Tear down can begin Saturday at 4:15pm during the last workshop session of the day.
