The Heintzman House is a heritage home. Vendor space is unique to the house and artisans are spread throughout. Typical booth dimensions do not apply. Each space comes with one 8' table except where noted below. There is an early bird (EB) price for each category, available up to June 6th, 2022. The Sabina Margitta memorial vendor is available to either an emerging artist aged 25 years or younger, or a charity vendor, and does not include room selection.
Pricing:
Solarium: $220 (early bird $190) SOLD OUT
Ground floor: $200 (early bird $170) SOLD OUT
Upper floor: $190 (early bird $160)
Sabina Margitta Memorial vendor: $50 (or $0 if net profits go to charity)
Vendors will occupy both the ground and upper floor of the house. The ground floor has four spaces. The largest space is the open ballroom. Off the ballroom you will find a unique space known as the "Grotto" with a mediterranean feel, as well as the solarium. The solarium is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and can hold 2 vendors. New this year is 1 additional vendor space in this premium category. This spot is on the ballroom side of the solarium and will offer additional table space instead of a single 8' table. On the other side of the ground floor is the lounge.
The upper level is divided into six rooms and is accessed by a spiral staircase. On the northern wall is the Groom's Room. Next door is the Heintzman Room. Along the western wall is the Portico and Loyalist Room. At the southern end of the house is the Bride's Room. Finally along the eastern wall is the Thornhill Room.
There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor as well as bathrooms on the upper level. Each room includes windows and electrical outlets.
Photos provide examples of the space. Existing furniture is removed for the Craft Show.
Terms: It is understood that rental fees include tables and chairs only. Shelving/racks, power bars and extension cords must be provided by vendor and must be previously approved by Heintzman House. You will need to provide your own table covering as well as your own additional lighting.
