Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Priel Salon your stylist dedicates your appointment time to servicing you. Many of our stylists are paid commission, when a client does not show up or cancels the night before it is takes money out of their paycheck and places a financial burden directly upon them. We provide all guests with a courtesy confirmation via text,call or email 4 days prior to a scheduled service and an additional reminder 48 hours prior.
To make any appointment at Priel Salon we require a deposit equal to 50% of the booked services.
A 48 hours notice by phone or in person is required for cancellations or rescheduling of any services. Emails and/or text messages to our cloud based software are not valid for cancellations.
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved services to your credit card on file or a loss of your deposit.
Failure to show up for your appointment and failure to cancel ("No shows") will result in a charged equal to 100% of the reserved services to the credit card on file.
Refunds: In the case of a refund request that complies with the above cancellation policy a refund may be issued if requested no later than 14 days after the initial transaction. In the case of a refund a 4% fee will be assessed to offset the credit card processing costs associated with the transaction.
