Volunteers are an important part of The Big E Creative Arts. If you have a skill to share or a passion for helping and being involved, we may have the perfect role for you. Please indicate your intended demonstration and include any requests for your demonstration area (tables, chairs, electricity, etc.)
Are you able to walk for 3 ½ hours during your shift as an Ambassador? If no, we will provide seating for some of the time. If you are unable to walk, please contact our office so we can find ways for you to assist.
Parking and Entrance Passes must be picked up or requested to be mailed at least one week prior to your shifts for entry during The Big E - September 18 to October 4, 2026. Anyone volunteering 5 (five) or more days during the Fair will be provided a photo ID badge and must make arrangements to pick up in the office and have their photo taken (after Labor Day).
