Importation Information

*Schedules are put together for the following day by 2:00pm.
Please have your request in 24 to 48 hours before that 2:00pm deadline.
We will contact you with pickup time.

All Monday appointments need to be scheduled by 2:00pm on Friday afternoon. Pleas do not enter a request for Monday after this time.
All outgoing transportation appointments will be scheduled on the hour or half hour
All residents must be in the lobby 10 minutes prior to their designated pick up time. Residents not ready for transport, may be left behind if delays will jeopardize the appointments of others.
All requests must go through the transportation office
No Geri or Broda Chairs will be permitted
All O2 Cylinders must be secured
