Please use the information provided in addition to information found on our website to respond to the example clients reaching out for therapy. This is designed to see your written communication style and your ability to problem solve and get information on your own. (Once you are hired, you would absolutely receive training on this).
The majority of the job involves written communication with clients to match clients with available therapists based on insurance and schedule. Assume that you have the following information:
- Mara has one in person opening on Tuesdays at 1pm for ages 10+. Mara accepts Aetna, Premera and Kaiser insurance.
- Judy has one telehealth spot for any age on Wednesdays at 11am. Judy accepts only Premera insurance.
- All other therapists are currently full, but we expect to have more openings in a few weeks.
1. Hi, I am looking for counseling for our 3-year-old. I think, she will be too young to engage with a therapist online, but we have immunocompromised family members and would prefer a remote option. Are you able to provide us some support? What are some options for us? We have Kaiser insurance, but we are willing to pay out of pocket, how much is it? – Ash*
