    Cancellations or changes will only be accepted in writing by contacting Jacqui Doyle at jacqui@confpeople.co.uk.

    Cancellations made before 28 June 2022 will be entitled to a full refund. After this     date, no refunds will be given.

    Please note that if you have settled by credit/debit card, there will be a 1.5% merchant fee deducted from your refund.

    If you are unable to pay online - please email Jacqui Doyle - jacqui@confpeople.co.uk to request an invoice.  Payment is required within 14 days of invoice date or prior to the start of the conference, whichever is soonest.

    Once payment has been received we will provide further details and instructions. These will be sent to the email address provided on your booking form.
