英國升學顧問服務條款同意書
我們身為以上學生家長同意:
1. Elite Anglo Chinese Services Limited （簡稱EliteACS） 提供大學申請輔導
2. 合約一經同意便需繳付所有輔導服務費用。合約有效服務期不多於學生就讀年班。已缴付的服務費不可退款。
3. 學生及家長提供的所有資料必須正確無誤，否則EliteACS有權終止服務以及不會退款。
4. 學生需要配合輔導老師所做出的課程，功課和時間安排。如學生因個人問題不可以配合輔導課程，達不到理想效果，EliteACS不會提供任何退款。
5. 費用並不包括大學的任何收費、考試費、政府的任何收費、學生簽證費及申請學生簽證的手續。

EliteACS保留收取額外費用以提供以上服務的權利。
University Advisory Services Agreement Terms and Conditions
We, as the parent(s) of the student, agree:
1. Elite Anglo Chinese Services as the University Application Consultant for the
above student.
2. All consultant fees are payable upon sign of the contract. The contract has an
effective service period of no more than the period when the students is studying in the stated study year. The service fee paid is non-refundable.
4. All information provided by the student and parent must be correct, otherwise EliteACS reserves the right to terminate the service and no refund will be made.
5. The student must comply with the timetable set by the advisory consultant, oblige to complete all tasks set after each consultation. If the student cannot comply to the arrangements, EliteACS is unable to refund the course when expectations cannot be met.
6. The fee does not include any university fees, exam fees, government fees, student visa fees and procedures for applying for a student visa.
EliteACS reserves the right to charge additional fees to provide such services.
