  • CY Executive Resourcing Ltd (CYER, we, us), also trading as CY Resourcing Ltd (CYR), provides job seeking and career support services to candidates who registered with us. In order that we can comply with our obligations under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Business Regulations 2003 we would like to confirm how we provide recruitment services for you, as follows:

    1) We will provide you with permanent and/or temporary recruitment services that is to say we will act as an Employment Agency and/or Employment Business as defined under The Employment Agencies Act 1973.

    2) You authorise us to seek suitable work opportunities on your behalf but you are under no obligation to accept anyopportunities.

    3)You authorise us to contact you with details of vacancies or related information, which we believe may be of interestto you, until you advise us otherwise by emailing compliance@cyresourcing.com.

    4) If responding to a specific vacancy advertisement, please note, only candidates registered with CY, for the servicesdescribed above, can be considered for the vacancies we advertise. If you do not want to use these services, do not apply.

    5) In order to provide these services, CYER/CYR receives personal data and is committed to protecting and respectingprivacy, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Notice sets out the basis on whichany personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

    If, having been introduced to a client by CYER/CYR, or during the course of a temporary/interim assignment, the Client wishes to employ me direct, I acknowledge that I should advise CYER/CYR immediately and that CYER/CYR will be entitled either to charge the client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client (after which I may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client).
