Private Rentals must be scheduled during non-business hours, preferably at least 2 weeks in advance due to employee scheduling.**

Rental time is the time the movie is planned to begin. Doors open for set-up and arrival 30 min prior to start of movie. 3 hours 15 minuts total are included. (A 10:30am party would include from 10am thru 1:15pm, with the movie to begin at 10:30am.)

September thru May, Private Rentals can normally be scheduled: Mon-Fri at Noon and earlier; Sat & Sun at 10:00am and earlier. Night rentals may also be possible.

June thru August, Private Rentals can normally be schedule: Any day at 10:00 am and earlier, except Thursdays. Night rentals may also be possible.

Event pricing below is for currently licensed movies only. Additional fees may apply for movies not currently showing on the date of rental. All fees for specially licensed content are required up front and are non-refundable.

Number of People includes children, parents, students, teachers, bus drivers, guests, and other. Count will be verified the day of the event.

Outside food (ex. pizza, cake) is permitted with rental options that include popcorn and drink in the party room.
1 - Birthday Party Package:

This option is not a private rental. Tickets are $15 per person, with a minimum of $180 (12 people). A $100 deposit with 48 hrs notice is required to secure.
- Available for regular scheduled showtimes with reserved seats. Excludes opening weekend for select movies.
- Minimum of 12 people - Each person receives a movie ticket, a small popcorn and small drink
- Includes Danbarry Party Room rental for 1 hour before or after the showtime selected. (Party Room max occupancy is 30.)
- Outside food allowed (pizza, chipis, cake). Must remain in Party Room.
- Not Responsible for items left in the Party Room.

2 - Private Rental Options (outside of business hours):

Small Group - up to 35 people - $500 - Includes private auditorium, current movie, a small popcorn & small drink per person, and 30min use of the Danbarry Party Room - $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and time, at least two weeks prior to date. $15 per person beyond 35 people.Large Group - 100 or more people - $14 per person - Includes private auditorium, current movie, and small popcorn & small drink per person- $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and time, at least two weeks prior to date.No Concession Group - $700 minimum, $7 per person - Includes private auditorium, current movie, no concessions - $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and time, at least two weeks prior to date.

3 - Private Primetime Buyout:

I would like a private showing of a regularly scheduled movie showtime. This requires the purchase of at least 80% of tickets for a specific showtime. This selection will be reserved upon payment. Concessions are not included. Please contact me to select the desired movie and showtime.

4 - Party Room Rental ONLY:

Deposits can be made at the Danbarry Chillicothe Box Office in person or via cash or credit card. The Box Office opens 30 minutes before the first showtime each day.
