Silver Lining Summer Camp

Camp is $365.00 per camp session (4 days 9am-2pm daily Tuesday-Friday) or $115.00 for single days. Early and Late Care is available for an additional fee.

There is a separate form for Early and Late care registration. Please let us know on this form of it is needed and a separate link will be sent to you to register.

Registration/Deposit is 50.00 per child and is non-refundable. This will hold your spot. Camper spots are VERY limited and fill up fast. Balance is due the FIRST day of camp and can be paid Cash, Check, Paypal, Venmo or Apple Pay.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by {Silver Lining Summer Camp} during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Silver Lining Summer Camp. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless {Silver Lining Summer Camp} , and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against {Silver Lining Summer Camp} . Including all affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death. Lastly I am aware that Silver Lining Summer Camp has been granted permission to operate under an exemption from Louisiana Licensing for Summer Camps, meaning we are not held to the same restrictions as a licensed day care facility. Silver Lining Summer Camp is not required to be licensed or regulated by state agencies in Louisiana and is not a resident camp and only operates during summer, winter and spring school breaks.

Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
