INSURANCE PROTECTION OPTIONS

Instructions on how to select a protection coverage:

Step 1 - Click on the Preview PDF button below. Read the options carefully. Close the PDF window once you've read and selected the insurance option that best fits your needs.

Step 2 - Scroll down and enter your selection. 

Step 3 - Enter you selection below and click submit at the bottom of the page when completed.

Please Note: You must buy coverage for the total amount you declare it is worth. In case of a claim, the insured customer can only collect up to the declared value of the insurance they have purchased. All claims are subject to a $500.00 deductible. At the end of your insurance claim, All Pro Movers & Storage Co. will be out to collect all the destroyed furniture for Options A, B, and C. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Packing: All Pro Movers & Storage Co. only takes responsibility for items in boxes if All Pro Movers & Storage employees pack and unpack them. Crating: High-risk items such as marble, lamps, mirrors, glass, pictures, slate, and other fragile items should be crated and will not be covered by our insurance unless said are professionally crated and uncrated by All Pro Movers & Storage Co. Crating costs are as follows: Small-$15.00 each, Medium-$18.50 each, Large-$30.00 to $40.00 each. Lamps-$15.00 each. Pool tables, slate tops, 60+ screen televisions, marble, and large glass tabletops will be moved at an additional charge. All Pro Movers Moving & Storage Co. waive all responsibility and will not be held liable for the following press wood or glass items: Dressers, Desks, Entertainment Centers, Chairs, Stools, Bookcases, Tables, Antiques, Lamps, Pictures with glass frames, Dresser with mirror and glass detail, Armoires with glass and China Cabinets. All Pro Movers & Storage waives all responsibility for damages to sidewalks, driveways, grass, shrubs, flower beds, gardens, loose railings, porches, fences, etc. Please note: No claims are accepted on any account involving evictions or last-minute moves. If you don't specify an Option, Option A will automatically be chosen for you.

Yes, I have read and completely understand the "Terms and Conditions" as written on both sides of this contract. I have also reviewed my insurance options and indicated my decision on this page. I hereby authorize All Pro Movers Moving Co., LLC to perform the described services. I understand that the estimated total is based on the information I have given which is listed on the Summary of Information on the reverse side of this document. The final charges are based on actual labor and travel time and will be calculated at the completion of the move. The time it takes to complete the move depends on availability of pieces, obstacles, weather, and readiness of customer and how true to dorm information received is. I further understand if submit a loss or damage claim All Pro Movers has up to 60 days to respond or rectify the claim. Declared Item(s) (Option-C Only): (See additional items list sheet)
