By submitting this Volunteer Trip Reservation Request, I understand that I am traveling with Corazon de Vida as a volunteer. I understand that travel times across the Mexico/US border can vary depending on traffic and security issues. I also understand that travel to and from the orphanages is at my own risk and I agree to hold the Corazon de Vida Foundation, Board Members, staff, volunteers, and agents harmless from any and all risks and damages, and I agree to follow the directions of the Volunteer Trip Leaders. US citizens MUST have a valid PASSPORT for return to the United States. Non US citizens MUST have a valid passport, valid green card, and valid visa or PR card.
