By sending this electronically, I acknowledge that I have completely read this questionnaire and comprehend it fully. I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any HEid's Furry Friend Rescue animal(s) fostered by me. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I hereby agree that Heidi's Furry Friend Rescue and it's members aren't accountable for any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster animal(s). I accept full responsibility for the Animals(s) actions at all times, and release Heidi's Furry Friends Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering said Animals(s). We cannot guarantee the Animal to be housebroken, and might need to be trained with love and patience. I agree to have Heidi's Furry Friend Rescue complete necessary formalities and conduct a home inspection via video call to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the Animal(s) anymore that I will return the Animal(s) to Heidi's Furry Friends Rescue and try to give Heidi's Furry Friends Rescue a period of a minimum of 3 days to try and find another suitable foster for the Animal(s). I agree that I must properly quarantine new arrivals until Heidi's Furry Friend Rescue can test them for communicable diseases and start vaccines. Quarantining is usually a minimum of Atleast 2 weeks. I agree Heidi's Furry Friends Rescue is not responsible for other animals in the home if I fail to comply with quarantining guidelines properly.
