Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Taste Urban. Our goal is to help grow your business.
These is a specialty event and only a select type of exhibitors will be accepted:
- Food Tables: caterers, chefs, restaurants, food trucks, etc.
- Dessert Tables: bakers, candies, ice cream, etc.
- Drink Tables: beer, wine, liquor, water, and any other drinkable products.
- Product Based Tables: art, music, authors, and any other product that you custom designed.
- Service Based Tables: accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurances, and any other service based businesses.
- Art Tables: canvas, print, photo, etc.
- Non-Profits: any. Must have 501c3(6) status
*All exhibitors will have exclusivity to your product/service. There will be no duplicates.
*The are no sharing of tables.
*completing this application does not guarantee your acceptance at our event. We have a very selective process and if you not accepted, you will be notified and fully refunded.

How it works:
1. Purchase your exhibitor.
2. We give you a flyer with a custom discount code which will save the attendee $5. Example: It reduces a $35 ticket to $30.
3. You use this flyer to invite your circle to come see you at the event.
4. Every attendee that uses your code, the $30 they paid will be rebated back to you, up to your exhibitor price.
5. Refer another exhibitor/sponsor, receive a referral fee of 20% of their purchase price.

***Notice***Food/Drink Exhibitors Only:
This is a 'Tapas Style' market place event. Instead of 1 attendee spending their money with one or two exhibitors, we want them to spend money with multiple exhibitors. We do that by limiting the portion size of what they buy. Small portions will make them stop at multiple tables and will typically spend more until they are full.
The more people that try your food, increases your chances for recurring purchases.
How this works:
- Attendees will come to your table.
- You give them a free, small sample of your product (similar to what food places at the mall or Costco does).
- They then choose what they want to buy.
- You sell portions sizes of $1, $2 or $3, but no more than $5. ($5 limit is only on food exhibitors. $5 limit does not apply to drink/beverage exhibitors)
- You give them your CashApp/Venmo info to complete purchase. (this event is encouraged to be cashless but some will have cash)
