1. Storage rental fees are always due on the first of every month. However, your first month may be prorated depending on the start date of storage. When removing your items, we do not prorate. Thus, the full month's rate will be charged if items are removed after the first of the month. Invoices are sent electronically upon request.
2.On the start day of your storage, there will be a one-time storage processing fee of $12.95.
3. If your storage payment is not received by the 1st day of the month, it is considered past due, and you will be charged a $20 late fee for each month you are late.
4. If your storage becomes 60 days past due, your account will be considered delinquent, and foreclosure procedures may begin.
5. Once your account goes into foreclosure, you will be sent a foreclosure notice stating that your account is past due, along with the date and time of the auction via certified mail. This letter is only sent to your last known address. It is the customer's responsibility to notify our office of any address changes throughout your rental period. Not having an updated address on file will not stop the foreclosure process.
6. If your storage defaults/foreclosure and you redeem it once the auction is live, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
7. When coming into the storage facility, only an All Pro Movers employee must move items for you. If a customer decides to have their belongings removed from our facility and uses other resources, such as removing the items themselves or having another company remove the items, minimum charges will apply from All Pro Movers. An All pro Mover employee will either place your items on our dock or load the items onto a truck.
8. When accessing your storage vault, an All Pro Mover employee will pull your vault twice per calendar year at no charge. After that, a $50/ph per mover hourly charge will apply (rates may change at any time without notice In addition, if you leave any articles outside of your storage vault(s), you will be charged hourly for us to place items back into the vault.
9. All Pro Movers reserves the right to increase storage rates at any time with a 30-day written notice to its customers. This may only occur once per calendar year, if at all.
10. A 48-hour notice is mandatory to access your storage vault, and access is granted based on availability.
11. While in storage, you may not remove any items unless your storage account (payments) is current.
12. There will be a $50 charge for each returned check.
13. Terms of payment when exiting our facility are cash or certified funds only.
14. When you schedule a date to remove your stored items from our facility, and you need to gain access to your storage vault, and there is a no call/no show by the customer/authorized person(s), you will be responsible for all charges incurred (i.e., travel, labor, fuel, warehouseman's labor, etc This will also be considered one of the two accesses you have per calendar year.
