Amazing Phone Call Tracking
Each month, we will listen to 3 random calls and spot check them for cheerfulness and tone, accuracy, and verifying specific info if appointments are being scheduled. Each checked box of amazing counts as 1 pt (and if the call was not scheduling an appt you automatically get the points that are not applicable), and your total score will be a percentage of how many points you got for the 3 calls divided by 15 (the most points you can get!). Goal is 85%!
