Each month, we will listen to 5 random calls and spot check them for cheerfulness and tone, accuracy, and verifying specific info if appointments are being scheduled. Each checked box of amazing counts as 1 pt, and your total score will be a percentage of how many points you got for the 5 calls divided by 25 (the most points you can get!). Goal is 85%!
