In Person Summer Camp

Clubhouse Essentials Leadership Summer Camp gives participants the chance to develop tools for lifetime leadership success while engaging with real business owners, community stakeholders and thought leaders. Through interactive, expert-led lessons and business-based simulations, campers will learn leadership skills, entrepreneurship, community development  and economics and business strategy–all through a camp experience that’s fun from the moment campers enter the door. $350 • Ages 6to 13 • 10-12 campers

Each day, an expert instructor will lead campers through interactive activities, discussions, and economic simulations as they master a new leadership topic. Campers will develop their own program, service or product “Strategic Plan” Marketing, Business plan, and strategies to put their new knowledge to use.

◼️Monday: Economy Overview Campers will explore the operations of community, business, leadership, and budgeting as they learn how their day to day activities apply to real-life principles and get started building their leadership portfolio to inspire the individuals around them. ◼️Tuesday: Personal Goals Campers will learn all about setting goals, Action steps, and time Management to prepare them for success in their new role: setting goals, funding your ideas, sustainability, and community building to improve their leadership outcomes. ◼️Wednesday: Entrepreneurship Campers will run businesses as they learn strategies to be a successful leader. Life’s “obstacles” will require campers to balance reality and their goals,    money, acquire and retain customers, and respond to life’s obstacles as they learn what it takes to run a business and be a leader. ◼️Thursday: Campers will learn to think critically as consumers, they’ll learn development tactics and strategies to assist their target audience in following through with their call to action.  ◼️Friday: Networking & Developing Campers will explore the community, its residents and stakeholders through field trips. Campers will learn the importance of community investment, financial freedom, and the power of unity amongst people.

Camp sessions feature small groups of 10-12 campers led by trained instructors, ensuring engaged participation, one on one connections, and collaboration. Instructors are chosen after an extensive vetting process that includes teaching demonstrations, background checks, and interviews to ensure subject mastery and teaching ability. Youth Program Assistants assist instructors and campers to ensure maximum supervision and assistance. 

Before daily sessions begin, campers can arrive early for breakfast and mindful meditation.    Early drop off - 6AM  When daily sessions end, campers can head to their Clubhouse profile for activities to utilize their time wisely, it includes printable activities and more.
