This year's theme is, CELEBRATING THE 250TH BIRTHDAY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. We encourage you to go all out as we celebrate this historic event. Golden "250" signs, red white and blue colors, american flags ect. Whitley County has been holding this festival every year (with few exceptions) since 1904!

All parade entries should be decorated. This includes vehicles, floats and trailers excluding: emergency vehicles, classic, and car show cars. All walking and animal groups should have a sign or banner to let us know who they are.
