- Credit Score. I understand that I must provide a current credit score and the information contained therein must be deemed acceptable.
- If accepted, official Membership Documents and Rules & Regulations will be presented for me to review. I agree to be governed and bound by all the terms and conditions contained, including & without limitation, the termination, refund and repurchase provisions.

Representations & Warranties: The undersigned, in connection with the application for membership in Seven Oaks Country Club "Club", hereby represents and warrants for the benefit of the Club, a California corporation, that he or she: has read the Rules & Regulations and understands its contents. Understands and acknowledges that Club memberships will not be transferrable, except that certain payments may be permitted only after the Club is able to resell the terminated membership pursuant to the Club's Bylaws.
