Release Form

I hereby consent to and authorize Kean University, its officers, agents, and employees to:

1. Record my likeness and voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic, print, or any other medium.
2. Use my name in connection with these recordings.
3. Use, reproduce, exhibit, or distribute in any medium (e.g. print publications, social media, internet/www) these recordings for any purpose that Kean University, and those acting pursuant to its authority, deem appropriate, including promotional or advertising efforts.

I release Kean University and those acting pursuant to its authority from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use. I understand that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Kean University. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

I acknowledge that my consent to the above conditions is fully voluntary, given without coercion or duress. I further acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. I understand that no monetary consideration is being paid to me for my appearance, likeness, statements or recordings.
