42” TV Add On

When adding on the live TV option your guest have the option of viewing themselves live in motion while creating their 360 video. In addition to that you can also choose to have what’s re ferred to as a photo carousel show up on the TV that generates a QR code to allow guests to scan and download videos immediately to their device (see pic for reference)

Would you like to receive a phone call prior to receiving your invoice to secure your deposit?

How would you like to receive the link for your invoice? By text message or email?

By signing and submitting this form you understand that an invoice will be sent to cover the retainer which is 50% of your total. Keep in mind if you are booking less then 7 days before the event date payment is required in full at the time of booking. Once retainer has been paid your requested date/time will be reserved. By signing below you also understand that you may cancel up to 48 hours after you pay your 50% retainer for a full refund, after 48 hours your retainer is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due five days before the event is scheduled to take place. To ensure timely payment you will receive a final invoice to the email listed above for the remaining balance seven days before the scheduled event date however payment is due no later then five days before the event. If invoice is not paid by close of business on due date prior to event date you will be removed from our calendar and your 50% retainer will be forfeited.
