This event is Rain or Shine. No Refunds.
Vendor Load In: Friday 5pm-8pm or Saturday 9am-11am.
Vendor Load Out: Sunday 7pm-9pm.
Vendor Gate will only be open during Load In & Load Out times.
While the vendor hours are set at 11-7 Saturday & Sunday, we want you to know that you can vend longer on Saturday if you wish. You may also temporarily close your booth to participate in activities.
We are not offering 1 day only vendor spaces.
I understand that the Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers will not be held responsible in the case of inclement weather, vandalism, injury, theft, loss or damage of any kind. Merchant insurance is highly recommended.
I understand that the Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers can not guarantee, though we certainly hope, that the vendor will make any profits. We are advertising as much as possible, but we suggest you also let your customer base know about the event. There will be no refunds due to poor sales.
The Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers will not be held liable to any customer for any merchandise purchased by any vendor at the event. If customer complaints arise and or action is to be taken about any said merchandise or food item, the customer will be directed to the vendor responsible for selling said merchandise. Vendors are solely responsible for the products they sell.
All applications are subject to Approval. Once approved, you’ll be sent an email and a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you are accepted as a vendor.
