2022 Worship Services at Bethel Ardmore

Registration and COVID-19 Screening Questions
We look forward to welcoming you to worship at Bethel Ardmore! We are located at 163 Sheldon Lane - Ardmore, PA 19003.

The Pastor, Stewards, Trustees and the Re-Opening/Re-Launch/Re- Gathering Task Force of Bethel AME Church of Ardmore have implemented a registration process to help us prepare for this service.

What does this mean? This means that all attendees MUST register and are REQUIRED to provide proof of being fully vaccinated. Full vaccination is defined as receiving the two dosages of either Moderna or Pfizer Vaccine and the necessary booster five (5) months from their last dose of their primary vaccine.

1. This screening form will need to be completed for each attendee in advance.

2. Vaccination Cards are asked to be provided to Bethel AME Church of Ardmore BEFORE the first day you attend service. Cards can be submitted below by uploading to our secure server OR via email to cccphilly@gmail.com OR by contacting the church office at (610) 642-8966 to arrange a time to bring to the church for a copy to be secured.

3. Temperature check will be taken upon arrival at the church.

4. Masks will be worn throughout the entire service and we will sit socially distanced in the sanctuary.

5. Congregating in small groups before and after will cease.

6. Members from the same family unit will be asked to sit together.

Please know, we are doing our absolute best to keep the doors of our church open. If we practice these small, yet very critical steps, we will help combat COVID and send it back to its evil residence. Thank you for understanding and God bless!
